ADM partners with Employee and Family Resources (EFR) to provide a formal Employee Assistance Program (EAP). ADM’s Employee Assistance Program is confidential, free, and available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please read below for important information about this program.
What Is An Employee Assistance Program?
An employee assistance program is a toolbox of free and confidential services for employee and employee’s immediate family members to help build a happier, healthier life.
What Does ADM’s Employee Assistance Program Provide?
- Telephone Consultation:
- Phone lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days each year.
- Phone calls will be answered by a master-level clinician.
- Employees and family members can make as many phone calls as needed.
- In-Person Counseling:
- Arrange counseling sessions with a masters-level counselor near your home or work.
- Up to three (3) FREE in-person counseling sessions.
- After three sessions, referral options may be provided.
- Virtual Life Coaching:
- Unlock your potential and achieve your goals with the expert guidance of a certified life coach.
- Up to three (3) FREE virtual life coaching sessions.
- Telephonic Financial Consultation
- Speak with a financial professional and access a library of financial resources at efr.org/financial.
- One (1) FREE 30 minute consultation per issue.
- In-Person or Telephonic Legal Consultation
- Meet with a licensed attorney and access self-help legal documents at efr.org/legal.
- One (1) FREE 30 minute consultation per issue.
- Child/Eldercare Resources
- Free telephonic consultations and tailored lists of vetted local resources
- Use as needed
- Identity Theft Resolution Services
- Receive assistance with restoring identity and good credit from a highly trained FCRA certified fraud resolution specialist or licensed attorney.
- Use as needed
Who Can Use the Employee Assistance Program?
- Any employee or immediate family member of an employee can use the program for free.
