On Saturday, February 1st, seven 6th grade band students participated in the Middles and Music Honor Band hosted by South Hamilton Middle School in Jewell, Iowa.
The selected students were first row – Hannah Pelton (trumpet), Lynnaea Wilkins (clarinet), Gabriella Leistikow (alto saxophone); second row -Taylor Johnson (clarinet), Autry Gage (percussion), Blayne Schneider (french horn), and Griffin Ray (french horn). These students rehearsed all day and performed a concert that afternoon.
