Morgan is a Kindergarten Teacher at Adel Elementary School.  She went to Iowa State University for her Bachelor’s Degree and is in the process of obtaining her Master’s Degree from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota (graduating in about a week).  She grew up in Clive and she chose ADM because of the commitment to ALL learners.  Morgan appreciates that the district is committed to ensuring all students achieve at high levels, regardless of their background or ability level.  She stays with ADM because of the relationships she’s formed with her colleagues and the families that she feels privileged to work with.  To this, she states, “The people within the ADM school community motivate me to be a better teacher each day than I was the previous day.”

Morgan knew she wanted to be a teacher since she was little, and that desire continued to grow as she grew and understood the impact she could make on young learners.  She wants to be the teacher that helps students realize their potential, learn how valuable they are as a person, and set them up for success long into their future.  Morgan loves watching a child’s face light up when they make a new connection.  She feels, as she states, “Those connections continue to build upon one another until the child is utilizing a skill or completing a task they didn’t believe they were capable of.  Their success is my success.”

Outside of work, Morgan has been spending a lot of time doing small projects to turn the house she recently bought into a home.  She also recently became an aunt, so she is getting as many snuggles as she can.  She is looking forward to having more time to read and spend with friends and family after she graduates.

Thank you, Morgan, Wisnieski, for your passion and for your 5 years of service with ADM!
