Lisa is currently an associate at Adel Elementary School. She is starting her 15th year in education. Before coming to ADM, Lisa worked for Johnston and DCG. She was born and raised in Urbandale, Iowa. She wanted to work in a school because she loves helping and trying to problem solve with the students. Lisa chose ADM because she had friends who moved to Adel and told her how great it was. When asked why she stays at ADM, Lisa stated, “The district is amazing. They are so supportive for both parents and employees.” Outside of work, Lisa enjoys reading, crafting, going to the lake with her family, and watching her kids play sports.
