Leilani Shaw is a Principal’s Administrative Assistant at ADM High School celebrating 5 years at ADM this year. She was born and raised in Des Moines, IA and has held various administrative positions prior to calling ADM her home. Leilani chose ADM because it is a very reputable school district and because she lives in the district. She is proud of the school and feels very blessed to work with the teachers and administrators at ADM High School. Leilani stated what she enjoys most about her current role at ADM is watching the students celebrate their successes. Her goal is to help as many kids as possible thrive in their education and maturity.
Leilani loves gardening, boating, spending time with her family and granddaughter. She and her family enjoy spending time in Sanibel, Florida whenever they get the chance.
